Financial Planning and Wealth Management

Financial planning and investment management should work together. At Vetoshko Wealth Management, your financial plan provides the foundation for the investment decisions that follow.

We begin by understanding what matters most to you—your goals, priorities, concerns, family circumstances, and vision for the future. From there, we develop a personalized financial plan designed to help you make informed decisions and use your resources intentionally.

Your plan becomes an ongoing roadmap, whether you are preparing for retirement, providing for your family, navigating an important transition, giving back through charitable planning, or pursuing greater financial independence. As your life changes, we revisit and adapt the plan with you.

Our Annual Fee

Ongoing financial planning and wealth management are provided for a flat annual fee starting at $3,000 per client relationship, billed quarterly.

Your fee is established in advance based on the scope and complexity of your financial situation. It is not calculated as a percentage of your assets and does not increase simply because your portfolio grows or performs well.

Ongoing clients have direct access to their advisor by phone, email, or video call whenever questions arise or important financial decisions need to be made.

Complimentary Introductory Consultation

The first step is a complimentary, no-obligation consultation lasting approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

This conversation gives us an opportunity to discuss what brought you to Vetoshko Wealth Management, the questions or concerns you would like to address, and the type of guidance you are seeking. It also allows us to determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs.

Your Financial Review

Every wealth management relationship begins with a comprehensive Financial Review for $1,250.

We start by exploring your goals, priorities, concerns, and the financial decisions that matter most to you. We then take a comprehensive look across your financial life, including:

  • Investments and portfolio strategy
  • Tax Planning strategies you can implement throughout the year
  • Cash flow, spending, and annual savings strategy
  • Retirement planning
  • Existing insurance policies and potential additional insurance needs
  • Employer benefits
  • Estate planning considerations
  • Education planning, when applicable
  • Any other financial questions, decisions, or concerns you would like to address

The Financial Review helps us identify opportunities, uncover potential gaps, and understand how the different areas of your financial life work together. It also creates the foundation for the personalized advice and investment strategy provided through an ongoing wealth management relationship.

If you continue into an ongoing wealth management relationship, the $1,250 Financial Review fee is credited toward your first year’s annual fee. It is not an additional charge.

Project-Based Financial Planning

For clients seeking guidance on a specific financial planning need without ongoing investment management, project-based financial planning is available at $275 per hour.

Following the complimentary introductory consultation, we will define the scope of the engagement and provide a clear estimate of the anticipated cost before any work begins. Project-based engagements do not include ongoing financial planning or investment management, and clients are responsible for implementing the recommendations provided.

Advice Centered on You

Vetoshko Wealth Management is committed to acting as a fiduciary and placing clients’ interests first.

We do not sell financial products or receive commissions. Our compensation comes exclusively from our clients through transparent fees agreed upon in advance. This structure is designed to minimize conflicts of interest and keep our advice focused on what is best for each client.

Helping you care for what matters most—your family, your future, and the life you are building.

Financial Planning

A comprehensive approach to your financial life

Financial decisions rarely exist in isolation. We consider how the different parts of your financial life work together and develop recommendations around your goals, priorities, and circumstances.

Our financial planning services include, but are not limited to:

  • Goals and Priorities — Defining what matters most to you and creating a practical roadmap for the financial decisions ahead
  • Cash Flow, Savings, and Net Worth — Reviewing income and expenses, evaluating annual savings, tracking net worth, and helping you direct your resources toward your goals
  • Investment Planning — Developing an investment strategy aligned with your objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance, and overall financial plan
  • Retirement and Income Planning — Evaluating your retirement readiness and developing a strategy for saving, Social Security, retirement income, and sustainable withdrawals
  • Tax-Aware Planning — Identifying opportunities to make financial and investment decisions more tax-efficient, with proactive tax planning throughout the year and preparing annual tax returns for wealth management clients
  • Insurance and Risk Management — Reviewing existing insurance coverage, identifying potential gaps, and evaluating whether additional protection may be appropriate
  • Employer Benefits — Helping you understand and make informed decisions about workplace retirement plans, insurance coverage, and other available benefits
  • Estate Planning Review — Reviewing how your assets are titled, how beneficiary designations align with your wishes, and where additional coordination with an estate-planning attorney may be needed
  • Education Planning — Evaluating savings and funding strategies for a child’s or family member’s education
  • Charitable Planning — Exploring thoughtful, tax-aware ways to support the organizations and causes that matter to you

We also address other financial questions, opportunities, and life transitions as they arise. Your plan is not a one-time document—it is an ongoing framework that evolves with your life.

Wealth Management

Investment management guided by your financial plan

Your portfolio should support your life—not exist separately from it. Our wealth management process connects your investment strategy to your financial plan, providing ongoing oversight as your circumstances, goals, and financial markets change.

Our wealth management services include:

  • Investment Policy Statement — A personalized roadmap documenting your investment objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance, asset-allocation strategy, and other important portfolio guidelines
  • Portfolio Construction and Implementation — Building and managing a diversified portfolio designed around your financial plan and investment strategy
  • Ongoing Portfolio Monitoring — Reviewing your portfolio regularly to ensure it continues to reflect your goals, circumstances, and investment policy
  • Portfolio Rebalancing — Adjusting investments when appropriate to bring your portfolio back in line with its intended allocation and risk profile
  • Tax-Loss and Tax-Gain Harvesting — Managing realized gains and losses strategically when appropriate as part of a tax-aware investment approach
  • Tax-Efficient Withdrawal Planning — Evaluating how and when to draw from taxable, tax-deferred, and tax-free accounts to support your income needs
  • Required Minimum Distribution Planning — Calculating required minimum distributions and coordinating timely withdrawals from applicable retirement accounts
  • Integrated Tax Planning and Preparation — Providing year-round tax planning and annual tax return preparation as part of your ongoing wealth management relationship
  • Ongoing Planning Coordination — Revisiting your financial plan and investment strategy as your goals, income needs, family circumstances, or financial life change

A Note About Fees:

Our flat annual fee begins at $3,000 per client relationship. Fees may be higher when a relationship involves additional scope or complexity, such as business ownership, complex estate-planning considerations, or private and illiquid investments.

Your fee will be clearly identified and explained following your Financial Review. It is not calculated as a percentage of your assets or investment performance.
